ADEY Installers' Club

1. Member eligibility

1.1 The ADEY Installers' Club loyalty scheme is open to Gas Safe, Corgi, OFTEC, RGI and CIPHE registered independent installers, heating engineers, plumbers and other professionals in the United Kingdom and working in the central heating and plumbing (or directly related) industry in the United Kingdom.

1.2 Employees of ADEY stockists and merchants and distributors, or employees and contractors of major energy suppliers are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Employees and agents of ADEY Innovation LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and such employees and agents' immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) are not eligible to participate in the scheme.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration to the ADEY Installers' Club can be made via two channels; either (a) an application form online at www.adeysolutions.co.uk or (b) a paper based registration at selected special events and exhibitions only. Membership of the Installers' Club is limited to a maximum of one account per email address.

2.2 To register successfully either any channel, valid Gas Safe, Corgi, OFTEC, RGI or CIPHE identification is required at point of registration.

2.3 Usernames and passwords to access the member's area of the online Installers' Club will be delivered on verification of valid Gas Safe, Corgi, OFTEC, RGI or CIPHE membership.

2.4 The allocation and distribution of free gifts at point of registration is at ADEY Innovation LLP's sole discretion and ADEY reserves the right to suspend or terminate free gifts at any time.

2.5 Membership of the Installers' Club is free of charge to all members.

2.6 It is important that members contact details are kept up to date in order that ADEY Innovation LLP can operate the Installers' Club effectively. Members are encouraged to keep details up to date via the Installers' Club online account management. Members can also update their details by calling the Installers' Club Administrator on 01242 546700 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

2.7 ADEY Innovation LLP shall not be liable for any unauthorised use or access to any Installers' Club members (a) purchase and purchase history; (b) rewards; or (c) account information; and members are strongly advised to keep their account security details safe and secure. No compensation request will be accepted by ADEY Innovation LLP.

3. Rewards

3.1 ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right to (a) alter the products included or excluded from the Installers' Club; (b) to alter products on which rewards may be redeemed; (c) to alter the amount of purchases required to earn rewards; and (d) alter the number of rewards per purchase frequency and/or purchase value/quantity.

3.2 ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right to offer bonuses or special offers on certain products as selected by ADEY from time to time and at ADEY's discretion.

3.3 ADEY Installers' Club redeemers agree:

(a) to use the reward(s) for his/her own personal private use and not to use it for any commercial purpose, whether for a fee or otherwise, or to distribute it commercially;

(b) not to use the reward(s) for any fraudulent, criminal or unlawful purpose;

(c) not to infringe either ADEY Innovation LLP's or any other person's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, in the reward(s) and not to delete or amend any copyright or other proprietary notices which may appear therein/on;

(d) not to use the reward(s) in any way which ADEY Innovation LLP's, in its absolute discretion, considers objectionable, injurious to its brand or reputation or otherwise unacceptable.

3.4 Reward(s) will be sent via post to the registered members postal address provided. All postage costs will be paid by ADEY Innovation LLP.

3.5 ADEY Innovation LLP's liability under or in connection with the scheme or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of one reward (based on the average value of all rewards awarded).

3.6 ADEY Innovation LLP shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any member as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into the scheme or using a reward except that ADEY Innovation LLP does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law or regulation.

3.7 ADEY Innovation LLP does not accept responsibility for any event which may cause the scheme to be disrupted or corrupted.

4. Making reward(s) redemptions

4.1 Only verified ADEY Installers' Club members are entitled to access and make redemption(s) on the online member's area of ADEY Installers' Club.

4.2 Purchases will be validated at point of reward redemption for eligibility. Only verified product purchases will be accepted.

4.3 No cash alternative to the reward(s) is available, nor can the reward(s) be exchanged for an alternative reward. Where the reward(s) becomes unavailable for whatever reason, ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right to substitute that reward for a reward of equal or higher value.

4.4 Eligible purchases expire after a period of two years, or the duration of the ADEY Installers' Club loyalty scheme; whichever is shorter.

4.5 Members shall not transfer or exchange eligible purchase(s) or reward(s) between his/her various member accounts, or with other members.

5. Terminations, limitations or suspensions

5.1 ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the scheme or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

5.2 ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right withdraw or cancel the rewards, including the issue and redemption of such, and/or terminate the Installers' Club. In this event, the member's current purchase history shall remain available for a period of 30 days after which time, they will be cancelled and the members Installers' Club account(s) closed. An Installers' Club member may terminate his/her account at any time.

5.3 If members breach these terms, or if ADEY Innovation LLP reasonably believes that members have breached these terms and/or abused the Installers' Club, member account(s) may be terminated, any eligible purchases made but not used for reward redemption may be cancelled and the Installers' Club closed without prior notice. ADEY Innovation LLP reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a member is found to have abused the Installers' Club.

6. General Information

6.1 The promoter of this loyalty scheme is ADEY Innovation LLP, whose registered office is at ADEY Professional Heating Solutions, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, GL51 8NR.

6.2 These terms and conditions and the contractual and non-contractual obligations arising from or relating to them are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

6.3 ADEY Innovation LLP's data Protection and Privacy Policy sets out the information that ADEY will collect about members, how ADEY use the information and whom it may be shared with.

6.4 ADEY Innovation LLP operates a complaints handling procedure, which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise.
