Queen's Award for innovation is crowning honour for ADEY 

ADEY's remarkable story of innovation and growth has been recognised with a Queen's Award, one of the highest accolades in British business.

The royal mark of business excellence for UK companies was among the prized Queen's Awards 2012 which have just been announced. The honour has been approved by Her Majesty following a recommendation from the Prime Minister that the business should receive a Queen's Award for Enterprise in Innovation.

ADEY Managing Director Kelvin Stevens expressed the delight of everyone connected with the business following the announcement.

“To receive a Queen's Award is not only a fantastic achievement for the business and everyone who works at ADEY, but also everyone connected with the company. We're all incredibly proud of this latest success, our biggest accolade to date,” he said.

“It's a tremendous honour and one of the most prestigious tributes for any business, especially so because it recognises the exceptional innovation within the company.

“ADEY's MagnaClean® technology represents one of the biggest advances in the central heating industry for many years. The contribution it's already making in maintaining and protecting central heating systems, reducing heating bills and carbon emissions in the UK is huge with approaching one-and-a-half million filters installed in households throughout Britain.

“If the Queen's Award helps us get these important messages out to the UK's 22 million households, it will be good news for the industry, consumers and the environment.”
 
Gloucestershire Business of the Year triumph puts ADEY top of the county business league
     

 

Industry and regional business awards success continues...

ADEY’s award winning ways continue with another prestigious success for the rapidly emerging manufacturer.
The company triumphed at Gloucestershire's biggest business awards ceremony staving off strong competition to claim the county's Business of the Year crown. The accolade follow's the firm's listing in the top ten most profitable businesses in Gloucestershire and a series of further major industry and regional triumphs over the past 12 months.
ADEY has been recognised for growth, profitability, innovation, excellence, and achievement within the heating industry and outside.

Among the other highlights is ADEY’s Plumbing Manufacturer of the Year Award collected at the gala CORGI industry Oscars. This was voted for by the UK’s heating and plumbing professionals establishing it as a prized achievement.

The award builds on the previous year's success, when ADEY picked up the CORGI Installers' Mate of the Year Award for its core MagnaClean® Professional filter.

ADEY also received the Achievement Award at the Phoenix Natural Gas Awards in Belfast for the development of its MagnaClean technology and establishing magnetic filtration as an industry standard.

An exceptional run of awards success was initiated when ADEY picked up the Gloucestershire Business Innovation Award at last year's ceremony.
