Paul takes on ADEY's National Sales Management responsibilities with more than 35 years experience working with some of the plumbing and heating industry's best known brands.

Paul began his career as an electrical engineer and moved into sales 20 years ago, working at senior management and director level with Thorn EMI Heating, Glen Dimplex Boilers, Baxi and Plumb Center. Having such extensive experience with multiple key brands in manufacturing and merchanting, Paul is key to creating and developing successful sales teams.

As well as a dedicated member of ADEY's senior management team, Paul is a devoted husband and family man. Married to Lorraine for more than 30 years, he has two children. Along with DIY around the house, Paul enjoys golf, reading and travelling abroad.

With over 20 years experience within the plumbing and heating industry, Rob joined ADEY in January 2011. Launching his career as an apprentice with British Gas, Rob was a dedicated service engineer until pursuing a career in sales for well-known industry brands including Drayton Controls and Sentinel Performance Solutions.

As a former installer himself, Rob sees the huge benefits of ADEY's innovative magnetic filtration solutions. Responsible for promoting ADEY in the Central South area, Rob has developed a wealth of key customer relationships over the years both throughout the domestic and commercial sectors of the industry.

When he is not busy promoting ADEY, Rob devotes his spare time to DIY, motorsport and his young children.

Claire Baron joined ADEY's growing national sales force in June 2008 and having entered the central heating sector at a young age now has 15 years experience at various levels. Claire has run training academies at both Vaillant and Alpha and took on her first sales role at Viessmann before taking on her current role.

An extremely bubbly, approachable and dedicated professional who fully understands the concept of delivering high levels of customer service, Claire is also a totally devoted mother and time away from work is spent with her son.

Darran has been working successfully in the heating and plumbing industry for nearly ten years. Prior to joining ADEY in April 2012, he enjoyed success with Ideal and Viessmann.

BPEC accredited for solar installations, Darren champions ADEY's TwinTech filter in the elimination of sludge in renewable energy installations. He's looking forward to flying the flag for the best performing domestic product in the award winning MagnaClean range.

His career goal is to re-enforce ADEY's position as market leaders in magnetic filtration for many years to come.

In his spare time, Darran is a keen golfer and enjoys family days out with his three young children.

Having started his career as an apprentice plumbing and heating installer twenty years ago, Kevin joined ADEY from Glow-worm Boilers to strengthen the sales team in the central southern counties of England.

With a wealth of sales and management experience behind him and a recent role as Specification and Renewables Manager at Glow-worm Boilers, Kevin made the seamless transition into his current position at ADEY in January 2013.

Kevin believes in the work hard, play hard ethic and in his free time is most likely to be found spending time with his young family, exploring coastal attractions and taking an interest in both classic and vintage motors.

An award winning salesman, Mike Nevin joined ADEY in 2008 having started his career in the heating industry nearly 30 years ago with Thorn EMI.

Having enjoyed various roles within manufacturing and merchant environments, Mike became Area Sales Manager with Wolseley and Regional Sales Manager with Barlo Radiators. He has several awards including Salesman of the Year while with Viessmann. His commitment to customer care is well known throughout the North East and Scotland.

When he's not drumming up sales he plays in a band or spends time trying to reduce his golf handicap.

Wayne has enjoyed a progressive career within the HVAC industry for the best part of 20 years. He launched his career with Wolseley where valuable experience on the trade counter was followed by the Group's management programme.

Wayne followed a Business Development Manager role for Parts Center with a similar post working for Mira Showers throughout the South West. He brings considerable knowledge of the region to ADEY along with a desire to strengthen the market leading position of the MagnaClean brand.

Father of two, Wayne spends most of his spare time with his young family. He enjoys playing football with a local team and follows the Premiership.

Following a career in the British Army, David traded in military life for plumbing and heating sales in 2000. He has since enjoyed successful roles at Worcester Bosch and Mitsubishi, dealing primarily with merchants and contractors in the West of Scotland.

David joined ADEY with more than thirteen years industry experience standing him in good stead to deliver quality customer service complemented by a high level of commercial awareness. He also brings with him extensive knowledge of working with renewable technologies.

An adventurer at heart, David is a fully qualified mountain guide and mountain bike racer. In his spare time he enjoys exploring the great outdoors, climbing, cycling, canoeing or spending time with his wife and two Collie dogs.

With nearly 40 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Tony Swift adds excellent award winning credentials to ADEY's impressive national sales operation.

An extremely charismatic individual, Tony is keen to play an integral role in ADEY's ongoing development and respond to future market trends.

Having enjoyed considerable success at Potterton Myson, he moved to IBP Conex where he became Northern Regional Manager. Tony is well known throughout the Midlands and Northern Region and has received a number of sales awards recognising his commitment to customer care and service.

Bruce joined ADEY's UK national sales team early in 2010 having started his career in the heating sector ten years earlier at Biasi UK where he was promoted to Area Sales Manager, North West. Following a switch to ATAG Heating where he was responsible for specification sales in the Midlands, Bruce embarked on an 18 month adventure visiting America and Australasia.

He returns with a renewed passion for his career and a desire to help establish ADEY's growing product range among the industry's best known brands.

Bruce's interests outside work include football, running, travel, music and film.

Previously with Veissmann and Ideal Heating, Steve joined ADEY in early 2013 to re-enforce sales in London and counties south of the capital.

Having started his sales career at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) promoting familiar brands such as Dulux, Polycell and Cuprinol, Steve’s expertise has equipped him with the ability to build relationships with key contacts throughout the industry.

As a keen footballer, keeping his eye on the ball comes naturally to Steve both on and off the pitch. Outside of work, Steve admits to playing the guitar badly and is devoted to spending quality time with his wife Maxine and their three sons.
